These terms apply to SUNSOUL × Beauty & Balance experiences purchased through SUNSOUL. Please read them before you buy. Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Your experience is sold by SUNSOUL and delivered by Beauty & Balance at its studio in Cronulla, NSW. SUNSOUL is responsible for your purchase. Beauty & Balance is responsible for the treatment itself and for the conduct of its therapists.
Purchase confirms your experience, not a specific appointment time. Bookings are essential and are made directly with Beauty & Balance, subject to availability — call 0452 052 835, email hello@beautybalance.com, or book at beautyandbalance.com.au/pages/contact. You will receive your coupon by email, and it must be presented at the studio at the time of your treatment.
Your experience must be redeemed within 6 months of the date of purchase. The expiry date is shown on your confirmation and at checkout. No fee is charged after purchase that reduces the value of what you have bought.
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Introductory pricing is available from 8 November 2026 up to and including 21 November 2026, after which standard pricing applies. The price you pay at purchase is the price honoured at redemption, even if pricing changes afterwards.
We do not offer refunds where you simply change your mind. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds are provided in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under that law. Refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis — see clause 10 of the Terms of Service.
Please give at least 24 hours notice to change or cancel an appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or missed without notice, are forfeited in full and cannot be rebooked or refunded. This reflects the therapist time reserved for you, which cannot be filled at short notice.
Some treatments are not suitable during pregnancy or with certain medical conditions. You will be asked to complete a health form before your first treatment. If a therapist determines a treatment is not appropriate for you, an alternative or a refund will be offered. Our treatments are for relaxation and wellbeing and are not medical treatment, diagnosis or a substitute for professional healthcare.
Experiences may be transferred to another person before redemption. They cannot be exchanged for cash, resold, or combined with other offers unless we say otherwise in writing.
10% of SUNSOUL’s share of each SUNSOUL × Beauty & Balance experience is donated to Act for Kids. This donation is made by SUNSOUL and is not a tax-deductible donation by you.
We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy. Booking and health details are shared with Beauty & Balance so your experience can be delivered.
